Scott Patrick is licensed as a real estate agent in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Scott attended Johnson and Wales University and Widener University, majoring in hotel/restaurant management. Scott’s extensive background in customer relations ensures that our clients are provided with exceptional service. As Manager of the Buyer’s Division of Team Patrick, Scott works tirelessly on behalf of our clients to ensure that the goals and objectives of all of our buyers are achieved. His dedicated efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the ongoing success of Team Patrick. Scott is married to Lisa Summers-Patrick and together they are the proud parents of two sons, 6 year old Scotty and 4 year old Sean.

Susan Patrick-Musi is a licensed real estate agent in both DE and PA. Susan is married to Ken Musi, Broker/Owner of Musi Commercial Properties. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Susan managed a small local business before joining Team Patrick. Susan was an integral part of the success of Team Patrick throughout the 1990’s, but became a full-time mom after the birth of her first child in 1999. Susan returned to the business in 2010, and as Closings Manager, helps our clients successfully prepare for the settlement of their property. As a Business Partner, Susan also provides assistance to clients preparing to list their property. Susan and Ken have two children; Alexandra is 13 years old and Nicholas is 9.

Prior to joining Team Patrick, Sue served as Office Manager for a local real estate builder/developer. Prior to that, Sue was an Administrative Assistant to the Headmaster of a local private school in Delaware. Sue Gibson is a licensed real estate agent and as Team Patrick’s Listing Manager, Sue communicates with clients throughout the course of each week to provide valuable feedback to sellers regarding the marketing of their homes. As Administrative Director, Sue ensures that office procedures are streamlined and effective. Her dedication and commitment to providing “excellence in real estate services” has contributed greatly to the success of Team Patrick.

George Patrick

Prior to officially becoming Business Manager for Team Patrick, George Patrick spent 34 years in the corporate world working with DuPont and Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation. George’s background includes a B. S. in Chemistry from Juniata College in Central Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. George served in various technical sales and marketing managerial positions, and his extensive background in working with corporate clients brings added value to Team Patrick. George is a licensed real estate agent and in addition to managing the financial components of the business, George frequently provides valuable support and assistance to Team Patrick’s clients.

Vicki Knotts

Vicki Knotts is a graduate of Beebe School of Nursing and Wilmington University. Vicki holds dual licensure in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania as both a registered nurse and a real estate agent. Vicki practiced as an accomplished Registered Nurse in the specialties of Intensive Care, Utilization Care and Case Management. After two decades of caring for both the adult and pediatric patient population, Vicki joined Team Patrick as Client Care Specialist. By providing support and assistance to our clients throughout the entire course of a real estate transaction, Vicki helps to ensure that our buyers and sellers receive the highest level of service. Vicki and her husband, John Knotts, are residents of Somerset Lake. Vicki and John have two children; Jackie is eleven years old and A.J. is fifteen years old.
