New Castle County, DE

New Castle County  has experienced a 4.4% year-over-year increase in the number of sold homes and a 8% decrease in the median price of sold homes, from $212,000 to $195,000. The number of homes that went under contract during 2011 increased 8.6% from 2010.

Kent County, DE

For the year 2011, Kent County experienced a 2% year-over-year decrease in the number of sold homes and a decrease in the median sales price of 10.5%; from $190,000 to $169,900. The number of homes that went under contract during 2011 increased 3% from 2010.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County has experienced a 5% year-over-year decrease in the number of sold homes and a decrease in the median sales price of 5%; from $335,000to $316,900. The number of homes that went under contract during 2011 decreased 6% from 2010.

Cecil County, MD

For the year 2011, Cecil County experienced a 6% year-over-year decrease in the number of sold homes and a decrease in the median sales price of 7%; from $214,750 to $199,900. The number of homes that went under contract during 2011 decreased 4% from 2010.
