Jan Patrick is ranked as one of the top-producing real estate agents in the United States. Licensed in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania, Jan and her team are known for the incomparable service they provide to both buyers and sellers, their innovative approach to marketing homes, the personal attention each client receives, and the team’s total commitment to providing “Excellence in Real Estate Services”.

Jan graduated from Juniata College, with a B.A. in Education. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Jan was an elementary school teacher. Jan tells her clients that she has not stopped teaching for a minute - now the people just happen to be taller. Jan strongly believes that “knowledge is power” maintaining that reasonable people once educated make very wise decisions. Ensuring that clients are well-educated and well-prepared for the buying or selling process is foundational to Team Patrick’s philosophy in assisting both buyers and sellers.

Jan Patrick’s success in real estate has brought her international acclaim, as she has taught at real estate seminars and has appeared on “Super Star” panels at real estate conferences around the world. Among other awards, Jan has been honored as follows:
